How is a community built? One brick at a time or one relationship at a time? Perhaps it is destroyed in the same way. And what remains? Is there enough left to truly tell the story of who lived there and who loved there and who died there? Bricks are like beads. And when we have destroyed everything, then the wildflowers reclaim the space and begin to tell a new story.
